7 Day Package: (Rifle & Bow Hunters)

7 days/7 nights (6.5 days hunting and/or fishing. Day number 1 is arrival day and arrival time is 12 noon).

4 Day Package: (Rifle & Bow Hunters)

4 days/4 nights (3.5 full days hunting and/or fishing. Day number 1 is arrival day and arrival time is 12 noon).
1 x person @ $4,350 (subject to availability)
2 x persons @ $2,550 per person.
3 to 4 x persons @ $2,400 per person.

Note: 1 x guide and 1 x vehicle included up to 4 persons. Additional guide & vehicle available at $350 per day.

Inclusions: (Both Deluxe & Outstation)

Accommodation (Either Dongas or Tented Camp – at the operators discretion)
All linen & bedding.
All meals.
Boars / Dingoes & other ferals.
Fishing gear (Quite OK to bring your own gear if you prefer). All losses charged at cost.
Guide & vehicle (hunting & fishing).

All hunters will require some basic fitness and be able to walk reasonable distances. If you do not have the ability to walk reasonable distances throughout a day your level of success will of course be altered.

In the event you would like taxidermy performed on a Boar or Scrub Bull, you must advise us in advance to ensure we have the relevant supplies and storage. It is the responsibility of the client to take capes/Euro mounts with them on their departure.

Not included:

Firearms
Ammunition (recommend to bring minimum 80 rounds per person)
Scrub Bulls (incur a Trophy Fee and subject to change)
Lures, line & tackle. (losses charged at cost)
Helifishing (options for half and full day available at additional cost)
Alcohol. Note: - Hunting activities will cease for the day once alcohol is consumed
Transfers. Your options are Self-Drive (3.5 to 4 hours north of Cairns and bitumen all the way), or 1 hour helicopter transfer from Cairns
Taxidermy and storage of capes, hides, skulls

Speak to us if you don’t have a current Weapons License. All persons must complete a waiver release before activities can commence. We do accept international hunters as well as persons under 18 years, please discuss with us.

Travel insurance is recommended. All rifle hunters must have a current Weapons License which must be sighted by us.

We operate from April until the end of November every year

We require 30% deposit to secure your dates, and the balance paid 45 days before arrival. Please consider booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We issue Tax Invoices via email for payments.

Cancellations/Changes:
Once your deposit has been paid you may move your dates providing the new dates are available. All changes are at the discretion of the outfitter. We recommend all travellers have travel insurance.

There are no refunds in the event a whole group, or part of a group cancels, unless those dates can be sold to another party. # Great Northern Safaris reserves the right to choose which property we will be hunting on mindful of operational considerations.
